Dr Rachel Vassiliadis is a specialist anaesthetist with over 20 years experience in general anaesthesia, working in metropolitan and regional NSW, and Canberra.

She is also a perioperative physician, gaining her Masters of Perioperative Medicine from Monash University and a graduate of the Chapter of Perioperative Medicine from ANZCA.

Her areas of interest include perioperative medicine, obstetrics, paediatrics, bariatrics, and ENT. She is involved in teaching doctors, nurses and paramedics, focussing on patient safety, anaesthesia and airway management.

She strives to always provide the best care for her patients to make the anaesthesia journey not only safe but also one that eases anxiety.
