Our sophisticated consulting suite is located just a few steps down the corridor from Norwest Operating Theatres within the adjacent Norwest Medical Centre.

We offer a personalised service to you at competitive rates, including:

  • Informed Financial Consent (IFC) for your patients
  • Pre-payment collection (as required)
  • Prompt processing of your accounts (including use of Eclipse)
  • Twice weekly banking direct to your personal account with banking reports
  • Credit card and BPAY for patient convenience
  • First stage debt collection using our fully owned Mazuma Collection Service
  • Friendly staff to handle patient enquiries/payment

There is no cost for joining and no ongoing commitment to tie you down

We use MediTrust© software, a comprehensive and widely used billing and accounting software to support all our clients’ requirements. Our staff are expert at the varying requirements of all the health funds, Eclipse, Medicare, DVA, Defence, Workers Comp, third party and overseas patient billing.

Our facilities

Our suite is equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom and is a comfortable and private space to relax or catch up on paperwork. Additionally, consulting rooms are available for private patient consultations. Boardroom facilities are also available for business or professional meetings.

We have been here since Norwest Private Hospital opened so are well established within the hospital and have built excellent relationships among Norwest’s surgeons and with both Hospital and Operating Theatre management.
